"It was a privilege to present a long-overdue Congressional Gold Medal to WWII Merchant Marine Russell Inzinga.
Russell was one of nearly 250,000 Merchant Marines who undertook the dangerous mission of transporting troops through German U-boat infested and air patrolled waters."
