The Cultural Coalition has partnered with the City of Norwich, City of New London, and the Town of Stonington to manage and administer municipal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds allocated for arts & culture through grant programs and special projects.
The programs are funded with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). These funds are intended to support investments that help our local economy continue to address Covid-19 impact and recovery.
IMPORTANT: Norwich, Stonington and New London have separate and unique Grant Guidelines, Grant Application Preview document, and Grant Application.
- On the ARPA Grants webpage, look under the section for your City/Town for the specific steps for applying and links to your municipal grant materials.
- Resources (budget template, READI info., ADA info., and Scoring Rubric) are available at the bottom of the ARPA Grants webpage.
