I was proud to welcome U.S. Congressman Joe Courtney, Dr. Kathryn Huff, Asst. Secretary, Office of Nuclear Energy and Dr. Kim Petry, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary, Office of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition, to Waterford today, enjoyed taking a tour of Millstone and discussing consent-based siting of spent nuclear fuel.

Jon Mullen grew up in Ridgewood Park in Waterford and graduated from Waterford High School in 1995. Jon attended Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, Connecticut where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Geography in 2000 and his Masters Degree in Geography with a focus on Planning and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in 2004.
