Is HR Optimizing or Restraining Your Organization? The Human Resource Consortium’s Innovative Research Study

7

Organizational Priorities: The HR Causal Link

Accelerate your organizational growth and HR value.  The Human  Resource Consortium, LLC launches its leading edge research study’s beta  test in Eastern CT on June 1, 2022.  The Chamber of Commerce Eastern CT  is championing the survey’s beta test.   The 15-minute, online survey will be conducted with CEOs of  mid-sized (25 – 3,000 employees) organizations across industry sectors  during the month of June to:

  • Familiarize non-HR executives on current HR best practices;
  • Assess the degree to which HR capabilities and practices are aligned with organizational priorities; and
  • Identify how HR best practices have been implemented in mid-sized  organizations and the degree to which they are fueling success,  especially in light of the Great Resignation, supply chain challenges,  and geopolitical issues.
 For participating in this beta test, The HRC will provide each CEO  participant in the beta test with a gratis, individual report of their  findings and recommendations with a prioritized roadmap to rapidly  develop their organization’s HR value.  The Chamber of Eastern CT and  The HRC will be presenting its high level findings and recommendations  report in September, 2022.   Take the Survey and Receive Gratis RecommendationsIf you are a member of the Chamber of Commerce Eastern CT, have an  organization within Eastern CT, or do business in Eastern CT, please  encourage your CEO to invest 15 minutes to gain a wealth of  information.  To participate in the study, please confirm your interest  in participating in this research survey and receiving its results by  sending an email to the Firm’s Managing Principal, Regan Traub, at  rtraub@thehrc.com. About the Survey and The Human Resource ConsortiumTo ensure high efficacy in the survey data collection and results,  The HRC has engaged GreatBlue Research in Glastonbury, CT to program,  administer, and compile the data.  In September, The HRC will continue  its next phase of the research study beyond Eastern CT. In 1995, The Human Resource Consortium was established as the first  comprehensive and integrated systems-based HR and organization  development consultancy in the eastern U.S.   Recent global research by  the renowned, modern day Father of HR, David Ulrich, PhD., points to  HR’s ability to drive significantly higher value.  In fact, an  equivalent of four-times the organizational performance through  integrated systems in HR and organization development. Additional  results indicated 4x value to managers, 3x increase in value to owners,  and 2x increase in value to customers. Having devoted the past 20+ years to building HR capability through  its work with clients and volunteer leadership efforts for the Society  for Human Resource Management (SHRM), we are now focused on developing  greater fusion with C-Suite and HR to fuel greater growth and success  within mid-sized organizations.
