Jesse Luis | Vice President of Development for Foxwoods Resort Casino

CorePlus Federal Credit Union has named a new official to its’  Governing Body. Jesse Luis of Belle Mead, NJ has been named as a  Director, effective June 2022. Mr. Luis was appointed to fill the  unexpired term of former Director Elizabeth Mrouse.

Board of Directors Chair Jean Swift said, “It is a pleasure to welcome  Jesse to the Board. His varied experiences within the community will  certainly be an asset to CorePlus going forward.”

Jesse Luis, Vice President of Development for Foxwoods Resort Casino,  has over 30 years of hospitality industry experience and he has done  over $2 Billion in hotel real estate acquisitions and development  throughout the United States. As Vice President of Development, his  primary role is overseeing and executing resort development initiatives,  as well as, expanding the Foxwoods brand both nationally and  internationally.

Mr. Luis holds a law degree from Rutgers School of Law-Newark, a  Master’s in Business Administration from Rutgers Graduate School of  Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.

CorePlus is proud to have a devoted group of volunteer members serving  on its Board. They meet on a regular basis and have made a commitment to  make certain the Credit Union provides valuable products and services  to the membership. As a not for profit cooperative financial  institution, CorePlus Federal Credit Union annually elects officials who  volunteer their time and talent to serve the Credit Union on behalf of  its membership. The Credit Union Board and Supervisory Committee members  are nominated from the membership at large and voted on by the members  at the Annual Meeting.
