Chelsea Groton Bank Awarded on the Forbes Best-In-State Banks 2022 List

Chelsea Groton Bank has been ranked the #1 bank in  Connecticut on the Forbes list of Best-In-State Banks 2022. This  prestigious award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the  world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The awards list can currently be viewed on the Forbes website.

Forbes and Statista identified Best-In-State Banks 2022 based on an  independent survey of approximately 26,000 US consumers who were asked  to rate banks at which they have or previously have had checking  accounts. Participants made recommendations regarding overall  satisfaction; they also assessed banks in the following areas: Trust,  Terms & Conditions, Branch Services, Digital Services, Customer  Service, and Financial Advice.

Based on the results of the study, Chelsea Groton Bank is ecstatic to  be recognized on the Forbes list of Best-In-State Banks 2022, ranking  #1 in Connecticut.

“At Chelsea Groton, we’ve always prided ourselves on our  relationships with our customers and community. We put significant  resources into hiring talented and passionate individuals, and providing  training and learning opportunities at all levels of the organization  in order to provide our customers with the best possible experience,  whether they choose to bank online or in person,” expressed Michael  Rauh, President and CEO of Chelsea Groton Bank. “I’m incredibly proud of  the Chelsea Groton team for achieving this #1 in state ranking. This  honor is a direct reflection of the efforts they make each day to offer  the best products, services and technology available, and to build a  strong banking relationship with each of our customers.”
