City of Norwich issued the following announcement on March 22.
The City Council of the City of Norwich will meet in the Council Chambers regarding the Neighborhood Assistance Act.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City Council of the City of Norwich will meet in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 Broadway, Norwich, Connecticut on June 20, 2022, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the following proposed resolution:
For the purpose of receiving comments and reviewing applications from the public on the Neighborhood Assistance Act.
All those interested are invited to be present and to be heard.
Copies of said resolution are on file open to public inspection at the office of the City and Town Clerk.
