Greater Norwich Area Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.
The Last Green Valley, Inc. (TLGV) will be cancelling all indoor and outdoor meetings, workshops and programs through the end of March.
In addition, all indoor meetings, workshops and programs are cancelled through the end of April.
TLGV’s offices in Danielson are also closed to the public until the end of April. We will be continuing to work remotely on behalf of The Last Green Valley National Heritage Corridor. We will be checking voicemails and email daily, however, please know the office coverage will be sporadic.
Spring Outdoors has also been put on hold. Many Spring Outdoors programs are run by our partners and it is up to them individually to determine whether they want to continue offering those programs. TLGV has pulled the Spring Outdoors guide and will not be updating at this time.
We hope to resume hosting outdoor programs, including Spring Outdoors, in April but will update our members and supporters in the coming weeks.
In the meantime, we encourage you to enjoy the outdoors and explore The Last Green Valley’s trails and open spaces. Watch our social media feeds for recommended hikes and outdoor activities!
The Last Green Valley National Heritage Corridor is the last stretch of dark night sky in the coastal sprawl between Boston and Washington, D.C. The Last Green Valley, Inc. works for you in the National Heritage Corridor. Together we can care for it, enjoy it and pass it on!
