Rep. Joe Courtney, a U.S. Congressman representing Connecticut’s 2nd district since 2007, used his Twitter account this week to address recent developments regarding the Trump Administration’s actions in Iran and to reflect on Law Day at the Connecticut Supreme Court.

The following day, he highlighted his participation as keynote speaker at Law Day: “I was honored to serve as keynote speaker at Law Day at the Connecticut Supreme Court on Friday. I joined Chief Justice Mullins, the justices, and students to reflect on this year’s theme, ‘The Rule of Law and the American Dream.’ The Rule of Law means no one is above the law. https://t.co/z0evCeowIu” (May 3).
Later that same day, Courtney referenced legislative requirements for military action: “Friday officially marked 60 days since President Trump launched a war with Iran.
