The Connecticut College men’s and women’s cross country teams have been recognized by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for their academic performance. Both teams were named 2025 All-Academic Teams after meeting the requirement of maintaining a cumulative GPA of at least 3.1 on a 4.0 scale, with the women’s team achieving a GPA of 3.66 and the men’s team reaching 3.57.

In addition to the team honors, seven student-athletes from Connecticut College received individual recognition as All-Academic Athletes. To qualify for this distinction, athletes must hold a cumulative GPA of at least 3.3 and finish in the top-25 percent at their regional championship meet.

Abby Williams was honored for the third time in her career, while Grace McDonough and Kiera Tallas earned repeat selections. Alexa Estes and April Schilling were first-time honorees on the women’s team. On the men’s side, Ellis Iurilli-Hough and Ronan Staab received individual honors for the first time.

“This recognition highlights our commitment to both academic excellence and athletic achievement,” said Mo White, Director of Athletics at Connecticut College.
