For Immediate Release from the Office of the First Selectmen
On Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 6:00pm at Town Hall, the Town of Waterford Board of Selectmen and the Representative Town Meeting will conduct a joint meeting to receive information from NE Edge, LLC regarding their proposal to site two data centers on property on Rope Ferry Road owned by Dominion Energy, LLC.
The public is invited to attend to comment on or ask questions about the project. NE Edge, LLC has proposed a Host Municipality Fee Agreement to Waterford which will be considered and potentially acted upon by both the Board of Selectmen and the Representative Town Meeting.
